What happens to the water project?

It’s important to us to keep supporting our water projects, so please let us know within 60 days if you need to return the ring. This helps us manage our contributions effectively.

What do I need to Include in my Return?

You must include the ring, the ring box, and any original documentation. Please note that items must be in their original condition. We will inspect all rings, diamonds, and gemstones before we process a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must follow our Terms & Conditions.

What about Custom Orders?

Custom orders are not returnable, exchangeable, or cancellable, but they are still backed by our lifetime warranty and include free resizing, repolishing, and cleaning for life. Of course, if we made a mistake on your order we will be more than happy to fix it, and will want to fix it! Custom orders include rings that have custom engravings, fingerprint engravings, custom sizes, design alterations, specially sourced stones, or custom designs.
