With our 60-day return policy, you can propose when the time is truly right, without worrying about return deadlines. In addition to the return policy, your ring is always backed by our lifetime warranty and includes free resizing, repolishing, and cleaning for life.

If the ring isn’t a perfect match, don’t worry. We’re here to help you find one that your partner will love. Your happiness is our top priority — just contact us by sending us an email, text, or giving us a call.

It’s important to us to keep supporting our water projects, so please let us know within 60 days if you need to return the ring. This helps us manage our contributions effectively.

You must include the ring, the ring box, and any original documentation. Please note that items must be in their original condition. We will inspect all rings, diamonds, and gemstones before we process a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must follow our Terms & Conditions.

Custom orders are not returnable, exchangeable, or cancellable, but they are still backed by our lifetime warranty and include free resizing, repolishing, and cleaning for life. Of course, if we made a mistake on your order we will be more than happy to fix it, and will want to fix it! Custom orders include rings that have custom engravings, fingerprint engravings, custom sizes, design alterations, specially sourced stones, or custom designs.
