We ship using FedEx Express, and all of our jewelry ships insured for free within the USA and Canada. We also offer complimentary FedEx Hold-at-Location options if you prefer for your shipment to not come to your residence, which you can select from during the checkout process.
We want to make sure you love your Do Amore rings and jewelry. All non-customized rings and jewelry have a free 60-day return policy! We provide a free insured shipping label within the USA, and provide a full-refund without any restocking fees.
To take advantage of this policy, simply contact our customer service team and ship within 60 days. We will be happy to return, exchange, or otherwise make your ring exactly what you want it to be! We know it’s never expected to have to return something, but we will work with you and make it as easy as possible.

Our rings are made by hand in New York City using recycled precious metals. Our small team reviews every diamond purchased to ensure it is eye clean and beautiful! Consistent with our commitment to the very best customer service, Do Amore’s small team also inspects each and every ring before it ships out to ensure the highest quality finish. Each ring is made from scratch to specially fit each unique center stone and ring size! So, each Do Amore ring has never been worn by another.
Each ring is nestled in a sustainable wooden box and securely shipped using FedEx insured. Discreet shipping options include shipping to your office or the closest FedEx location, where rings may be securely held for pickup. Shipments require a signature, and local pickup requires a photo ID. If you prefer this option, just let us know in the notes at checkout. If you don’t remember, don’t worry! The Do Amore customer service team follows up with every customer to ask this question!

Essentially, as long as your jewelry is still in your possession (theft and mysterious disappearance are not included), an Extend warranty will cover the cost to repair damages to bring your jewelry back to brand new condition.
